German-Speaking Corporate Administrator

Tasks
• Responsible for interested parties from the initial information to the conclusion of the contract
• Supporting the foundation of the company and the daily requirements of customers
• Organisation of shareholders ‘and directors’ decisions, POAs and contracts,
• Cooperation in the notarisation of documents
• Collaboration with lawyers, tax advisers, banks on behalf of clients
• Correspondence with customers and their business partners

Requirements 
• Commercial or legal training
• Fluent German and English
• Greek would be helpful
• Experience in corporate services would be helpful
• Self-motivated, proactive, result-oriented and team player
• Organisational skills and able to work in a structured manner
• Communicative and ready to respond to customers
• Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
